The studio apartment was recently restored with tasteful touches throughout. The space hints to a past when things were simpler while highlighting the creature comforts one demands of today’s modern spaces. Studio lighting, hardwood floors, and high quality linens ensure a good night’s rest, while the smart tv and Xfinity high speed internet provide travelers the peace of mind of staying connected. The home is filled with light throughout and offers enough space for four guests to enjoy comfortably, The space is professionally cleaned and cared for, and we work to ensure your experience in staying with us is the absolute very best.
The studio is easily accessed by entering through the rear wooden gate of the home. All areas of the home are secure. The entrance and studio apartment is private to include a private laundry room. The rear outdoor space and outdoor grilling area is shared with other on-premise homes.
We are available through the Airbnb app or phone and have a service team in the neighborhood should you need assistance during your stay.

In addition, Lancaster has a network of bike paths with mindful motorists and clearly marked bike lanes throughout the city. The city is inter-connected by rivers and parks and side alleys that are sure to leave an impression. For those looking to travel by car, you’ll appreciate the lack of traffic often found in larger metropolitan cities. If you take a car, be mindful of our local horse carriages and buggies often found traveling in our community and back-country roads.
The Limónetta is dog friendly! Up to two medium sized dogs (65 lbs each) are permitted in the home at a rate of $65 per stay, per pet. Unattended pets left in the home must be kenneled. Rental agreements greater than 30 days require an additional refundable security deposit of $250 per pet and additional pet rent of $50 per pet, per month will be charged separately. No other animals to include cats, birds, or reptiles are permitted at The Limónetta.
The home is 420/smoker friendly, but in outside areas only, at least ten feet away from windows and doors.
