The carriage house was recently restored with tasteful touches across an open and bright layout. The home hints to a past when things were simpler while highlighting the creature comforts one demands of today’s modern spaces. The loft is easily accessed by parking in the rear of the home located at 133 E. Marion St. All areas of the home are secure with a shared outdoor space and laundry room which is located in the main home.

Commissioned in 1949 and named after Lancaster’s umbrella handle tycoon Henry Musser, the park is a neighborhood favorite that includes plenty of open space, a children’s play area and the Lancaster Museum of Art.The location is walkable to Lancaster’s central market, the convention center, and most downtown area shops and restaurants.

If you take a car, be mindful of our local horse carriages and buggies often found traveling in our community and back-country roads.
